KIITEE Counseling and Seat Allotment 2018

A notification regarding the KIITEE Counseling for the year 2018. The KIITEE Counseling will begin from the month of May in the upcoming year i.e 2018 after the result been declared. Presence of the candidates in the counseling is necessary and they have to register their self and verify the documents during the counseling. Seats will be allocated to those merit holders only who will be able to fulfill the eligibility criteria. 

KIITEE Counseling 2018

Based on the KIITEE Rank Seats will be filled and the Counseling will be held online for the year 2018. Counseling will be stopped immediately after the seats are fulfilled. 

Following are some salient features regarding the KIITEE Counseling 2018: 

Venue of Counseling will be Auditorium Hall, Campus – VI, Convention Centre, KIIT University Bhubaneswar – 24, Odisha, India
Candidates have to report half an hour before the counseling time
The Counseling will be held online and Physical presence is must for the candidates.

Fee for KITEE Counseling 2018 


Candidates need to submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 75000 which will include a Counseling fee of Rs. 10000. The amount submitted by the candidates will be adjusted against the admission fee.  (The Demand draft is to be made in favor of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar)

Note – There is no cash payment system and the candidates will have to submit the balance fee in the month of June 2018.

Counseling Process of KIITEE 2018

The candidates have to be present for the Registration one hour before the given time period by KIITEE 2018. After this, Documents verification process of the candidates will take place and they will be called for seat allocation after the successful verification.  Candidates will get the seats on the basis of their rank and choices stated. A seat allotment letter will be issued to the candidates to whom seats will be allocated.

Requirement of Documents for the Counseling of KIITEE 2018

Candidates will have to bring Original documents along with a set of photocopy. Original documents are needed for the Verification and the Authority will keep the Xerox for each document. 

Documents to be brought by the Candidates are: 

KIITEE Admit Card 2018, KITEE Rank Card 2018
Class 10th Mark Sheet, Class 12th Mark sheet, Class 12th Pass Certificate
Admit Card of Class 12th, if the candidate has appeared for the exam
Category Certificate, if belonging to SC/SC(W)/ST/ST(W) category
Physically Challenged certificate issued by authorized Medical Board, if applicable
Two passport size photographs
Demand Draft of Rs. 75000 (Expected

B.Arch – NATA 2018 Scorecard
MCA/MCA/(L.E) – Graduation/BCA Marksheets and provisional certificate
M.Tech – GATE Scorecard
MPH – Graduation Marksheets and provisional certificate
MHA – Health Science Graduation Marksheets and provisional certificate (For MPH Candidates)
M.Sc. – Graduation Marksheets and provisional certificate
M.Sc. Nursing – B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Marksheet & Pass Certificate, Registration Certificate issued by State Nursing Registration Council and Work experience Certificate after Basic B.Sc. Nursing/prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
