KIITEE Counseling and Seat Allotment 2018

A notification regarding the KIITEE Counseling for the year 2018. The KIITEE Counseling will begin from the month of May in the upcoming year i.e 2018 after the result been declared. Presence of the candidates in the counseling is necessary and they have to register their self and verify the documents during the counseling. Seats will be allocated to those merit holders only who will be able to fulfill the eligibility criteria. 

KIITEE Counseling 2018

Based on the KIITEE Rank Seats will be filled and the Counseling will be held online for the year 2018. Counseling will be stopped immediately after the seats are fulfilled. 

Following are some salient features regarding the KIITEE Counseling 2018: 

Venue of Counseling will be Auditorium Hall, Campus – VI, Convention Centre, KIIT University Bhubaneswar – 24, Odisha, India
Candidates have to report half an hour before the counseling time
The Counseling will be held online and Physical presence is must for the candidates.

Fee for KITEE Counseling 2018 


Candidates need to submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 75000 which will include a Counseling fee of Rs. 10000. The amount submitted by the candidates will be adjusted against the admission fee.  (The Demand draft is to be made in favor of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar)

Note – There is no cash payment system and the candidates will have to submit the balance fee in the month of June 2018.

Counseling Process of KIITEE 2018

The candidates have to be present for the Registration one hour before the given time period by KIITEE 2018. After this, Documents verification process of the candidates will take place and they will be called for seat allocation after the successful verification.  Candidates will get the seats on the basis of their rank and choices stated. A seat allotment letter will be issued to the candidates to whom seats will be allocated.

Requirement of Documents for the Counseling of KIITEE 2018

Candidates will have to bring Original documents along with a set of photocopy. Original documents are needed for the Verification and the Authority will keep the Xerox for each document. 

Documents to be brought by the Candidates are: 

KIITEE Admit Card 2018, KITEE Rank Card 2018
Class 10th Mark Sheet, Class 12th Mark sheet, Class 12th Pass Certificate
Admit Card of Class 12th, if the candidate has appeared for the exam
Category Certificate, if belonging to SC/SC(W)/ST/ST(W) category
Physically Challenged certificate issued by authorized Medical Board, if applicable
Two passport size photographs

MCA/MCA/(L.E) – Graduation/BCA Marksheets and provisional certificate
M.Tech – GATE Scorecard
MPH – Graduation Marksheets and provisional certificate
MHA – Health Science Graduation Marksheets and provisional certificate (For MPH Candidates)
M.Sc. – Graduation Marksheets and provisional certificate
M.Sc. Nursing – B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Marksheet & Pass Certificate, Registration Certificate issued by State Nursing Registration Council and Work experience Certificate after Basic B.Sc. Nursing/prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

KIITEE Result and Rank Card-2018

KIT University will announce the KIITEE Result 2018 in the month of April 2018. The announcement will be in  April 2018 for the students who appear for the test. Last year KIITEE exam was held from April 14 to 23 of the year. The candidates will get a score and rank through the KIITEE Result 2018 and the Merit List of KIITEE 2018 will be available on May 2018. The institute will also reveal the counseling cut off with it. Candidates will be updated with more details about KIITEE Result 2018, Rank Card, Merit List, and more.

KIITEE Result 2018

The candidates will have to see their result by giving their Registration Number and Date of Birth as the result will not be provided to the residential address of the candidates after publishing the KIITEE Result 2018. The rank card will be released for the candidates, which will express the Rank/Merit of the candidate.

KIITEE Merit List 2018

Separate Merit Lists will be prepared for all the courses except MBBS/BDS courses based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Entrance Exams. 

KIITEE Counseling

Performance in the Entrance Exam will decide the Counseling and Seat allocation of the candidates and the Schedule for Counseling will be declared on the same day of result only. Counseling will happen as per the Schedule. After filling all the seats immediately the counseling will be stopped for the KIITEE 2018.

ITI Course Equivalent to class 12th

ITI – offers two-year courses in industrial training institutes (ITIs) equivalent to class 12 in order to ensure greater participation in vocational training programs. The ITIs impart skills in various fields such as fabrication, electronics and automobile industries to students.

This means that if a student has completed an ITI course, she will be eligible for a diploma in a college or university. However, the students have to take a bridge course in the final degree.

Important Instructions:

1. ITI governmental and private It is mandatory for all eligible applicants who are interested in enrolling in the online application within the prescribed deadlines.
2. Private I.T.I. Online registration is not available at Prathak for registration.
3. In recent years it has been noted that the candidate is a private MP ITI in the Online registration, due to which he is deprived of the entry process.
4. Therefore, applicants are advised that private ITI get online entry, please make the registration immediately.
5. Students who have joined the ITI and want to turn their assigned business into a high-level enterprise. You can choose the upgrade option. In this situation, the allocated transaction is canceled when the assigned transaction is allocated, but the busy transaction remains in the case of a high priority that is not allocation.

Full-Time Graduation or Post Graduation
Not more than 2 years break in career
Consistent academic records Class X over (Minimum 50%)
Candidate should not have attended the MP Online Selection Process in the last 6 months

Admission to B.Ed. in Yoga and B.Ed. in Special Education in Colleges Affiliated to Panjab University

Eligibility Condition:


A candidate who possesses the following qualifications shall be eligible to join the course:



Candidates at least 50% in bachelor's and / or the Master in Science / Social Sciences / Humanities /Commerce / Home Science / B.B.A./ B.C.A, B.A.LL.B., B.Com. LL.B. or all of it other qualifications, which are equivalent to that, are entitled, Program. In the calculation of merit, however, Graduation is only envisaged. There will be a recovery of 5% marked in favor of candidates SC / ST / PWD. Candidate with less than 45% is not allowed.


Bachelor in engineering or engineering with specialization in science and technology Mathematics with 55% points or another qualification equivalent are eligible for the program. But while Calculation, grades obtained in graduation are only taken into account.There will be a 5% relaxation of the points in favor of SC / ST / PWD. Candidates with less than 50% of the marks that belong to this category shall not be eligible.

Admission Criteria for B.ed Admission in Punjab University/General Instruction:


Candidate should fill all information in the form correctly in online Application form. No request for correction will be entertained.


Any incorrect information will lead to disqualification.

Merit list will be a prepared on basis of marks secured by candidates in qualifying examine graduation.

B.ed duration will be of 2 years, spread over four semesters, which can be completed within 3 years of starting date of admission.
